VENDORS - The Cleveland Chorale "7 Last Sayings"

Terms & Conditions

1. The Cleveland Chorale "7 Last Sayings" is an indoor event.
2. The fee for a vendor table is $75. This fee covers the cost of reserving a space at the event only. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own 6ft table and table linens. Chairs will be provided. Tables over 6ft will not be permitted. All vendor fees are non-refundable. Payment for the vendor fee must be made in full to secure a vendor spot.
3. Vendors are responsible for setting up and operating their booths during the event. Exhibitors must arrive by 11 a.m. on Saturday and be fully set up by 1:00 p.m. Cleveland Chorale and its staff reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor attempting to enter the facility after 1:00 p.m.  Late arrivals should be communicated in advance, accommodation for late arrivals is NOT guaranteed. Day of cancellations are not honored, and no refund will be issued.
4. The event hours are 2pm p.m. to 5 p.m. There is no early tear down. Please do not book if you cannot stay the entire day. Tearing down and leaving early will cause you not to be considered for future events.
5. Vendors shall not sell any goods or services other than those described and determined as event appropriate. You will be asked to remove any goods or services not described. The Cleveland Chorale reserves the right to determine the suitability of vendors and their offerings. One registered company per space. Space sharing is not permitted.
6. Exhibitor spaces will be assigned, and displays must not extend beyond the assigned space. This will be strictly enforced to ensure the safety of our shoppers and to maintain the look of the vendor area. Balloons, handwritten signage (except for chalkboard signs), burning candles, visible tape, and exposed cardboard and/or backstock are not permitted. Also, personal belongings and trash receptacles must not be in guests’ view. Vendors must hide all additional backstock and/or personal belongings under the tablecloths of their tables. No music may be played at the assigned location.
7. Proper coverage for your business must be planned. Exhibitor tables must be staffed at all times during the event. The Cleveland Chorale/Mt Zion of Oakwood are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Vendors leave their merchandise at their own risk.
8. Vendors must adhere to casual attire. Please ensure that your clothing is modest and respectful. Avoid attire that is too revealing or provocative. Remember, while this is a casual event, it is still taking place in a church setting, so please dress respectfully and modestly. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines.
9. Exhibitors must remove all trash from their allotted space at the of the event.
10. Exhibitors must abide by health and safety regulations while on the premises. All entry ways exit, and walkways must be kept clear and free of obstructions.
11. Food vendors must list all ingredients so potential customers with certain food allergies will be aware.
12. All materials used in the exhibit area must be flameproof and fire resistant in compliance with local fire ordinances and fire regulations of the exhibition facility. No open flames are permitted.
13. The Cleveland Chorale, Mt. Zion of Oakwood, partners, associates, and staff do not and cannot guarantee any sales or give a number of potential foot traffic.
14. Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be granted within 14 business days if the event is canceled. No refund will be issued if the vendor has to cancel.
15. Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance and must adhere to all local regulations regarding the sale and promotion of goods/services. The Cleveland Chorale, Mt. Zion of Oakwood, partners, associates, and staff have no liability for the safety and security of any loss, damage or destruction of property or person.

Agreement: By participating as a vendor at the event, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.
