Terms & Conditions
1. The fee for a vendor table is $250. This fee covers the cost of reserving a space for your booth at the event.
2. Vendors are responsible for setting up and operating their booths during the event. Booth setup can begin three hours before the event starts. Vendors must ensure that their booth is staffed at all times during the event.
3. Vendors may sell or promote products/services that are appropriate for the event.
4. Payment for the vendor fee must be made in full to secure a vendor spot.
5. Cancellation Policy: In the event that a vendor needs to cancel their participation, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least ten (10) days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than two weeks before the event.
6. Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance and must adhere to all local regulations regarding the sale and promotion of goods/services.
